The lineage of Sivananda yoga comes from India. To this day, Sivananda yoga respects its first introduction to the world of yoga, it has not been changed. It was introduced to the western world by Swami Vishnudevananda. It is a very relaxing form of yoga where meditation, practiced breathing (pranayama), relaxation and exercises (asanas) are part of the session.

We have several course proposals:

  1. The mild, for beginners or for those who suffer from various conditions.

  2. The intermediary.

  3. The advanced.

Classes are private and offered to a maximum of 2 people at a time.

We take the time to chat with you to get an idea of your Vikruti (constitution at the moment), if you don't already do so with us.

If you've been seen before, we know your build and exercise accordingly. Whatever the situation, we take the time to teach you a course specially designed for you with respect for your own body and your state of mind.
